Työskentelen yliopistolla, missä kasvatan tällä hetkellä hiivaa bioreaktorissa. Bioreaktorit ovat hienoja laitteita, joissa saa hyvät kasvatusolosuhteet pöpöille, jotta ne tuottavat kaikkea kivaa. Koska työskentelen tosi läheisesti näiden laitteiden kanssa, halusin niihin liittyvän korun. Sisällä oleva roottori tuntui olevan ainoa koruksi sopiva osa, joten tein sellaisen Fimo-massasta.
I'm working at a university, where I'm cultivating yeast in a bioreactor at the moment. Bioreactors are really nice, since the cultivation conditions can be made optimal for the microbes to grow and make nice products. Because I work closely with this equipment, I wanted jewelry related to that. The rotors inside the bioreactor seemed to be the most suitable for this. So I made one of Fimo modelling clay.
Tarkoitus on tehdä vielä sopivat korvakorut, mutta sitä ennen haluan tehdä jotain muuta. :)
I'm planning to make matching earrings as well, but I want to finish some other handicrafting projects first. :)
